With almost 400,000 new students making the trip to University next month, National Express has relaunched its popular Young Person Coach Card – offering 30% off all journeys for the next three years. According to NUS figures, the cost of being a student is now in excess of £15,000 per year – with over £2000 on transport costs alone. The British government coalition agreed to liquidate the existing concessions for coach travel for people over 60 years of age and with disabilities.
