Megabus goes deeper into Germany

Posted in Industry news

The coach operator Megabus once again surprises us with its expansion. This time it's about new connections to and within Germany. Now you can travel to/from several German cities; Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Cologne to begin on 16 December. One-way tickets are already available from € 1.
Thanks to the extension for the first time in mainland Europe, the carrier will also provide domestic travel between German cities to open up even more low-cost travel options for people. The services will enable people to travel between any points on the route within Germany - Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart or Munich.

Three double deck Astromega coaches will operate on the route. The vehicles have all been manufactured by Belgium based coach builder VanHool, and have free Wifi and power sockets. They also have onboard toilet facilities for additional comfort and convenience. In addition, all vehicles have two brand new safety features - Lane Deviation Warning and Adaptive Cruise Control technology.

Tickets for the new routes are on sale now at www.megabus.com
