This time the biggest European coach operator Eurolines has launched new service called ‘Amsterdam Express’ and it’s just for £9 one-way, inc. booking fee.

The new overnight service has been introduced by Eurolines and will depart London at 8pm daily. It is two hours faster than the standard Amsterdam service – which will continue to run via Eindhoven or Rotterdam. Mostly coaches that run between London and Amsterdam need about 12 hours.

On the way to Amsterdam the coach will stop only at Utrecht. The new service will be operated by vehicles featuring extra leg room, reclining seats and air conditioning.

As recession grips Britain Eurolines saw an 11% growth in coach travellers to Amsterdam in May, demonstrating the continued demand for low cost travel.

We’ve introduced a new express service to make it quicker and cheaper to get to Amsterdam this summer.
