National Express and Eurolines coaches are equipped with various amenities. Unfortunately at this time, not every connection offered by National Express and Eurolines have these facilities, because is carried by an older vehicle or by a subcontractor.
How can you check whether the service chosen by you, has any facilities?
It is very easy - when you make a purchase online by NEx or Eurolines’ websites, indications are displayed at each of connections. Explanations of these indications we’ve described below as a „Jurney Legend”.
WC: On board toilet
WH: Facilities for 1 wheelchair
WF: Wireless internet access
XL: Extra leg room
AC: Air Conditioning
An additional indication - 3P: Includes non National Express leg (This means at least one part of the journey is not operated by National Express and is instead operated by a 3rd Party, such as Greenline or Stagecoach). E-tickets may not be available.
Travel insurance and Priority Boarding - these are compulsory offers which NEx or Eurolines’ passengers can use, but they are’t free. The principle their purchase and consumption is simple: „tick” if you want to use them, „untick” if you don’t want to use them. Simple.
