New domestic and international coach operator in Austria

From December 1st, the new bus company WESTBUS (www.westbus.at) which is cooperating with the new railway operator WESTBAHN (www.westbahn.at) will provide public transportation on the following domestic and international routes:

• Vienna - Klagenfurt
• Klagenfurt - Villach - Salzburg
• Salzburg - Munich Airport
• Graz - Linz
• Linz - Ceske Budejovice - Prague

Furthermore coaches and trains of Westbahn and Westbus will be coordinated.

Coach fleet

• 4 Setra double decker coaches, type S 431 DT with 78 seats - used on the routes: Salzburg - Munich Airport and Klagenfurt - Vienna,
• 2 Setra coaches, type S 417 HD with 50 seats - used on the route Linz - Graz,
• 4 Setra coaches, type S 415 HD, with 44 seats - used on the routes: Linz - Prague and Klagenfurt - Salzburg

The brand-new coaches meet the highest environmental standards.  All coaches are especially equipped with comfortable seats with plenty of leg room. Each seat has its own outlet and you can use free wifi on board. Toilet and drinks machine are available on board.
