It looks like Eurolines intends to reintroduce FunFares tickets. Today I accidentally came across a carrier’s page dedicated exclusively to this offer. Funfares are nothing new of course, but Eurolines has resigned from the offer some time ago. Funfares are the cheapest tickets available ONLY ONLINE on a limited number of routes.

As we already informed you earlier Eurolines has transformed existing connections to Poland. The carrier has changed departure times from the UK (London and Dover) and Poland, and also has offered more appealing prices. Changes have been made to other routes too. From 11th May 2012, eurolines.co.uk will begin to operate services from London to Poland with three services per week in each direction. In periods of increased tourist traffic additional coach services will be conducted. So far Eurolines has offered an afternoon connection from London to Poland, now this will change, the departure from London will occur at 7:30 in the morning. This will be the earliest time of coach departure towards Poland, among all the available carriers.

As we observe Eurolines has reduced its offer to certain areas of Europe. Unfortunately, there have been permanent cuts in the summer timetable.
According to the Eurolines, the connections to Bosnia, Bulgaria and Russia have attracted very few UK customers in the past twelve months, as has also been the case to Dresden, and have been cut. Valmiera was removed from the Baltic schedule by Eurolines’ partners.

National Express reduces advanced fares to London for 2012
From today National Express has reduced its advanced coach fares between London and ten major cities across Britain to encourage more people to visit London this summer.
Customers in locations such as Bournemouth, Bristol, Leeds and Manchester will now pay a maximum of £12 one way when they book 14 days in advance.
In some locations fares have been cut by over 50% to create a simpler pricing structure for passengers looking for affordable travel this summer.

A £9 coach fare to Paris has proved so popular with budget travellers it has been extended to Amsterdam and Brussels.
Over 1,000 bargain hunters have snapped up the £9 Eurolines coach fare since it launched on 2 March - generating a 24% surge in visitors to the coach company's website
