Eurolines and partners wish you a pleasant journey and invite you to experience a new level of customer service in a brand new passengers lounge at Bratislava’s Mlynske Nivy Coach Station. Now you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and attentive service before continuing to your final destination.

The new lounge in Bratislava brings comfort to a new level; you can take advantage of the Internet Hot Spot, which is free of charge for all customers entitled to use the lounge. You can easily check your email or simply surf the Internet to stay connected with friends, family and co-workers during your journey. Also the lounge provides 220 V sockets, daily press, magazines as well as information and promotional materials, so with this innovation and a customer-service oriented approach, the Eurolines lounge brings customer satisfaction to new levels.

Reception

For the access to the passengers lounge, on the day of your travel you need to approach the station’s cashier / Eurolines’ representative (ticket desks 4, 5 or 6 of the Mlynske Nivy Coach Station) and show your valid ticket. This person will issue a special access code and provide you with all information necessary for the access to the passengers lounge.

The new lounge is open to

  • passengers with valid Eurolines coach tickets

Seating

  • small groups of seats with comfortable armchairs and small tables are available in a pleasant and quiet atmosphere. You can also keep up to date with the newspaper magazines available.

Food/Drink

  • the new lounge provides drinks from a vending machine for a symbolic price.

Working areas

  • if you need to get some work done while you’re waiting, take a seat with your laptop at the available tables and take advantage of the free Wi-Fi internet connection.

Opening times

  • every day from 06:30 to 18:30 (6:30am to 6:30pm).
