You can buy tickets separately from London to Paris or Brussels, then from these cities to Aachen or Cologne. Eurolines, the specialist in international coach transport, will be able to operate over 230 inter-regional routes  in France as part of the new cabotage law, said on Monday Transport Minister Thierry Mariani.
