Changes in the Eurolines timetable

Eurolines has introduced changes to the current timetable. Most of them are minor adjustments, but Eurolines has also liquidated some of the services (license  termination).
In the latest revised timetable, Eurolines clarified the location of bus stops on certain routes. All the details are presented below.

  • Service 170 on Saturdays departs London at 12:30 not 14:00.
  • Eurolines advised that the Friday ex UK and Sunday ex France in the high season won’t serve Agen and Toulouse. Toulouse is served by service 137 on these days. (The 138 line affected).
  • Ulsterbus has now supplied details of sevices between Edinburgh and Belfast (923 line) and between Edinburgh and Dublin via Belfast (lines 001, 200, 923).
  • Eurolines has launched a new route between Blackpool and Belfast (lines 923 and 981)
  • From 19th June 2011 Sarpsborg will no longer be served (The 145 line affected).
  • Service 126 arrives Paris at 19:30.
  • Due to poor timekeeping caused by heavy traffic inside M25, sevice 143 will retimed ex Amsterdam from 10th June.
  • With effect from 15th May some minor timing adjustments will be made in Wales and Bristol on journeys towards London (The 890 line affected).
  • With immediate effect the stop location at Chester will be Bus Exchange, Stand 7 (The 880 line affected).
  • New promotional fares to Rosslare Harbour will be introduced from 23rd June. The service will also operate daily from this date (The 890 line affected).
  • Service 871 will be unable to serve Golders Green from 16th May until 10th July. This due to major works at the site and no alternative stops available.
  • Due to dalay in licence processing the 167 and 168 services will commence on 1st July.
  • Due to dalay in licence processing the 188 service will commence on 30th June.
  • Due to dalay in licence processing the 145 service will commence on 21st July.
  • With immediate effect Eurolines won’t be selling the service to the Ukraine. All bookings made will be honoured (The 199 line affected)
  • Departure time from Nantes is 20:00 not 20:30 (The 137 and 138 lines affected).
  • New and on sale now is a connection CU/ST685 between Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Carlisle for the daytime service to Belfast.
  • With effect from 22nd August 2011 there will be a new stop location at Rotterdam: Wenna, bus stop EE.
  • New destinations:

Leiden (P&R Trans Ferrum, next to A44),
Schipol Airport (STA Handling departure point, Arrivals Level - services from UK set down on the departure Level),
Dunkerque: (Rail Station, Rue de Belle Vue)

  • Eurolines UK and National Express have enabled the purchase of online tickets from Ireland to some cities in continental Europe on their websites. Routes on which you can purchase tickets: form Dublin to Paris, Dublin to Berlin, Dublin to Brussels, Dublin to Lille and a few more, not only from Dublin.
